Perhaps this is the perfect time for you to pack your bags and head for the rolling hills of Tuscany, Italy!  Believe me, you will NOT be disappointed. This is God’s Country, a sight to revere and behold.  My daugther and I stayed in such a villa as Mangiacane. As media, we got to enjoy the trip that also featured a beautiful wedding and we all danced all night long. We ate five course meals every night, paired with different wines. And we were awarded their best sleeping quarters in this 16thcentury mansion. I remember Lauren finding a well on the property and almost falling in. The owner of the mansion’s 21 year- old son, Christopher,  decided to take me and Lauren on a joy ride to see a crypt, an ancient grave of monks from 500 plus years ago, dug up and desecrated in spots and in ruination, covered with Ivy. It was a shock. This was not part of the press trip. Lauren and I just looked at each other and shook our heads. After that, we ate all day and felt glutenous.  At night,  about 26 of us would gather around the table and talk and graze and sip. It was a trip of a lifetime. I think you would love the Italian countryside.
