What is it about perfume that uplifts your spirits and brings back memories? For instance, every time I smell Chanel No. 5 I smile as I think of my wonderful mother, taking me back to my childhood. Now that I’m older, I love to indulge in perfume. In the spring and summer months, I tend to go for something lighter and airier not so heavy as the ones I wear in the fall. I have a fragrance collection of my own this season and Id like to share my very favorites with you!

The following is a sponsored post in partnership with Goutal Paris.  All opinions are 100% my own.

    Goutal Paris Perfumes, Since 1981

“Our fragrances are a blend of poetry, luxuriant nature and everlasting culture. Each creation is an exclusive tale, a unique experience.”

    Eau d’Hadrien EDP

    3.4 oz us.goutalparis.com

The first fragrance from the legendary house of Annick Goutal, converts the fiery sun and the brilliant light of Tuscany add to the charm of cypress-lined terraces. The hottest hour of the day is the best time to sink into the soft shade of lemon trees and reread as few passages from Memoirs of Hadrian.

Notes: Sicilian Lemon, Citron, Grapefruit, Green Mandarin, Ylang-Ylang, Cypress, Bergamot.

    Bois d’Hadrien EDP

    3.4 oz us.goutalparis.com

Annick Goutal’s daughter, Camille, envisioned the sky of a Tuscan sunset when creating this perfume. The blend of cedar, Siberian Pine, fir balsam, incense and musk will take you straight to Italy.

Notes: Cedar. Siberian Pine, Fir Balsam, Incense, Musk.

    Petite Cherie EDP

    3.4 oz us.goutalparis.com

This fragrance represents and enchanted garden, where a pear tree blossoms beside a blooming rose bush. Not fully woman, not fully child, Petite Cherie picks a pear from the tree and discovers the tenderness of a kiss between flower and fruit. A fragrance to embrace, this is my most favorite out of their four scents!

Notes: Pear, Peach, Musky Rose, Freshly Cut Grass, Vanilla.

    Rose Pompon EDP

    3.4 oz usgoutalparis.com

As you stroll down Rue des Rosiers in Paris, you can feel the vibrant, sparkling atmosphere along the cobblestone street, punctuated with the laughter from cafe terraces and snippets of shopkeepers’ conversations. Not that I would eavesdrop or anything…In the Spring, the climbing rose bushes flower in clusters. The wind stirs their pompom blossoms and swirls their refreshing scent with the sweet, tangy smell of pastries.

Notes: Bulgarian Rose Essence, Taif Rose, Peony, Black Currant, Raspberry, Pink Pepper, Woody Cedar, Patchouli, White Musks.

    Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet

This is a gorgeous scent! Very classy and upscale. It’s so pure and floral. It’s like the caress of a fresh rose dressed in peony flowers. It’s a fragrance that possesses the extreme elegance of softness, a halo, an aura. This bouquet pays homage to Christian Dior’s legendary passion for flowers.

Notes: Peony, Rose, Calabrian Bergamot, White Musks.

    kai eau de parfum

Have you ever been to Hawaii? This perfume smells like the gorgeous island flowers, always fresh, always inviting, and I must say, extremely sensual. It’s beauty lies in the simplest and purest of things. kai brings this idea to life by using exotic fragrance and natural essences in their light and intoxicating scent of gardenia wrapped in white exotics, kai captures the irresistible fragrance of the tropics in a full line of scent, bath, body and home care products.

Dolce Garden by Dolce & Gabbana

This is a fragrance near and dear to my heart; I feel fabulous when I wear it! Dolce Garden Eau de Perfume is a delicious new flower blossoming in a Sicilian garden. It is one of those gentle, wafting perfumes. It’s such a lovely scent I can’t get enough of it.

    Notes:

    Citrus, Cream, Frangipani Blossoms
