I enjoyed this book mainly for its easy to understand advice in how to best take care of hair, eyes and skin. Harry shares her in-depth knowledge here on how to make the most of what you have, and the importance of prevention. She urges you to love the skin you’re in and gives you medical advice on how to achieve your best complexion. She talks about the structural integrity of the skin, how it ages and what you can do about it. For example, while it’s true that food choices, activity and stress levels contribute to premature aging of the skin, the good news is that we are able to take steps to protect our skin and help it deflect some of the ravishes of time.
